Refund & Cancellation Policy

Akoaham Managed Stays

At Akoaham, we believe in transparent and guest-friendly booking terms.

 

Booking Confirmation:

Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment. The remaining amount must be paid before or at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refund is applicable for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or in case of a no-show.

Date Changes:

Modifications are subject to availability and management approval. Requests within 7 days of check-in may attract charges.

Refunds:

Processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Payment gateway or transaction charges may apply.

Early Check-Outs:

No refund is applicable once the stay has commenced.

Force Majeure:

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or government restrictions, rescheduling may be offered at management’s discretion.
